Terrence Robinson, community activist

Terrence Robinson is known as a prominent activist and community leader in Buffalo, NY.  He is a vocal member of the East Side Parkways Coalition, which opposes the state's billion-dollar plan to tunnel a portion of the Kensington Expressway (Route 33).  He has filed personal legal actions to halt the project, arguing that the New York State Department of Transportation failed to conduct a proper environmental review under the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) and advocates for the full restoration of Humboldt Parkway, citing the historical and environmental impact on the surrounding neighborhood. He has  been the Green Party candidate for Mayor of Buffalo, and also ran for the 141st Assembly District seat.
